How It Works

Step 1 — Capture

Vent gas from the dry ice press is collected at low pressure instead of being released to atmosphere.

Step 2 — Clean & Dry

Captured gas passes through filtration and an optional dryer module to remove moisture and contaminants.

Step 3 — Re-liquefy

The cleaned gas is compressed and liquefied back to LCO2 at ~135 kWh or less per ton recovered.

Step 4 — Recycle

Recovered LCO2 is fed back into the dry ice press, closing the loop and lifting overall conversion to 90-95%.
